Who we are
Mini Split Repair Florida (minisplitrepairflorida.com) operates a referral phone line and website that connects Florida homeowners with independent HVAC companies. We are not an HVAC contractor.
Information we collect
- Calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and — where permitted — a recording, used to route the call, measure quality and prevent fraud. Calls are handled by a call-tracking provider on our behalf.
- ZIP code checker: the ZIP you type is looked up in your browser against a file on this site; it is not sent to us.
- Website usage: standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics cookies that measure page visits and button clicks.
How we use and share it
We use call information to connect you with an HVAC company that serves your area and to operate and improve the service. We share it with the HVAC company and the call-routing partners needed to handle your call. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
